"It is good to be the king." Mel Brooks - History of the World Part1. I guess we are transitioning to History of the World Part 2 which devolves into Idiocracy.
Dear dear T. You can hardly call United Health Care stockholders who deny effective prescription drugs to Medicare retirees the victims here. Mangione was their puppet. Many cheap generic substitutes do not even work, but is all they will provide to us now after collecting a third of every paycheck we earned our whole life for retirement health coverage. You do not have the facts here.
Hi again. Just came back to apologize for mixing up the names in my comment. I meant to say the CEO is (was) a puppet of the Stockholders, not Mangione. I'm not the only one crippled by cheap generic antibiotics that do not even work because they want to save money. The insurers own all the pharmacies here now so they just deny the expensive antibiotics doctors prescribe and no one will make them obey the law. My point is, the CEO is not the victim here, all of us who were forced to give up a third of every paycheck we ever earned are. Please pardon my mistake which made no sense. I'm not senile yet, it was just very late and I was overtired. Thanks.
Interesting insight. I avoid the carnage of SM hype and await the passage of time to see what unfolds. I also hold great stock by your opinion.
