I enjoyed that Thomas. Very relevant with today's cancel culture. Hope you are well. I was just thinking Mel Gibson was in the media again for his thoughts on LA fires. You were only talking about him with reference to the entity that may have attached to him during the making of "the Passion".
Yeah that was odd how I just started talking about the man and my admiration for him and he just pops up with the biggest media talk of his life! Thanks Finola hope yourself and kids and your sister are grand.
So where appropriate I’m posting this in comment/discussion sections re David Lynch and his work.
“For what it’s worth, Thomas Sheridan is a great resource regarding consciousness and creativity. His approaches are VERY PRACTICAL & PRICELESS although different from Mr. Lynch’s.” Ideas, consciousness, creativity… they are everything. Cheers!”
Love your comment! Brilliantly stated. It seems to me that the cancel culture thing is a pile of smoldering embers… perhaps that’s why the arseholes in charge now are turning to literal fires, geomancy, etc to control and destroy humanity… Developing our individual consciousness and creating our realities are the thing. Like our man Thomas, the director David Lynch spoke eloquently on this topic.
I was greatly saddened by Lynch’s death… I feel a real loss. People can debate his views on TM, but his steadfast belief in ideas, creativity, and following your bliss… well who can argue with that? I know… the kind of folks who killed Socrates… well I say Joke ‘em if they can’t take a fuck. Much love to you Finola and all the magnificent bastards who read this AWESOME SUBSTACK… In the words of Joseph Campbell, Donald Coffey, and David Lynch…”Follow your Bliss.”
Carrie 🙋♀️☘️💚David Lynch was a free thinker, and used his imagination. Thinking and dreaming keeps it all ticking over. Actions are important too, of course. Mind yourself Carrie. Follow your bliss is spot on. I like that.👍
Hey there Finola! Thanks for the precious gift of your time and thoughts. I’ve been listening to Lynch’s interviews as I’m using the information therein (along with the work of Joseph Campbell, Thomas Sheridan, Sara Mondaini and others) as a “skeleton” for a course focused on science as a creative process. Where appropriate I’m leaving comments re Lynch and suggesting folks check out Thomas’s work on consciousness and creativity.
Lawfare version 5th century BC. Not much has really changed. A perfect story for now. I watched as much as I could stand of the confirmation hearings in the Senate. Anytus, Meletus, and Lycon were surely there.

Spot on Thomas. How so very appropriate to current times. It highlights how so very similar we are to people in the very distant past. Some things seem to be ingrained in human nature. We never seem to have lost the herd mindset, the blind trust in authority etc etc.

should have been carved in stone above the room.
Well, that improved my day no end. Thanks, boss.
Just wait in real time, one would think. Great article Thomas.

History repeats. Same corruption, same normies over and over. Watch out! Beware! Sometimes it's just better to stay under the radar.
