This is reminding me that a day during the ping pong I went on a march in London and someone had made a tin foil hat out of aluminium foil taking the piss and I overheard two coppers saying look at him he’s wearing a tin foil hat the thing was that they actually thought he was wearing it for protection and not realising it was a piss take I learnt a lot that day.
Thank You Thomas… you remind me of what I have accomplished for me and my family by just saying no and being alive. I have been fighting bouts of depression. I expect that the fits of crying are a sign of post traumatic stress…. I must have the discipline to focus on creating our new…. as you say… to trim and focus my nervous system. Your video and post came at just the right time. Now I must finish crying, dry my tears, go and embrace the day I am alive to enjoy. Individuation and Gnosis are not for the faint of heart, eh? 😉

I point blank refused the ice bucket challenge and when the Covid shenanigans started I straight away said it was reminiscent of that.
