I agree about the growing strangeness. If the late Jimmy O'Dea in his Darby O'Gill costume had been pictured with Trump instead of Conor McGregor I couldn't have been more surprised.

What fresh lunacy is going on in the "mountains of madness". I'm half expecting Cthulu himself to step from his eternal slumber, to bitch slap humanity back to its rightful place in the universe (that's going to Greggs for a steak bake people).
Apt title for what I feel about what I am feeling and seeing. Information and bullshit are coming at us all at an increasingly increasing rate then seem to memory hole. Where did the drones on the east coast go? where did sane politicians go? Where there ever any to stat with?
I keep thinking about Ken Kesey and the year he stepped away from all media. I am wondering if I can even do that. It would probably be good for me, but I am too divided on what I would miss and that being too important. When I was in my 20s I had no time for TV, there was no internet, no social media. I had moved to the country (back to the land movement). I got to use my own brain to solve problems and build skills. I also found time to read physical books. I cherish those years.
For all that we have gained now, what have we lost?
Ye know Thomas I excommunicated myself from the outside world and wasn't totally sure what or why I was doing it , was I going insane or was the outside world ??, well it's really looking like I'm not that mental after all. Myself and Sabrina have built a kinda sanctuary here where only like minded people are welcome in , it is turning out to be a really positive spot of land and when others are here the positive energy they give off only adds to the magic in the land . Sorry my grammar is still shite hahaha
