A Spiritual Response to Economic Gloom and Doom
Spend What You Can and Enjoy Life/Create - Keep Any Affluence in Your Life Dynamic and Flowing
There is a possible major Recession/Depression on the horizon. Warehouses are filled with unsold merchandise and this is the clearest indication of real economic activity possible. Forget the stock market. That is irrelevant, as it functions on a macro level. I am talking about street-level indicators. The economic reality people like ourselves are subject to.
Manufacturing is taking it hard right now—terrible projections for early 2025—especially for luxury items. The cost of living crisis is catching up hard for all. I am not one to give economic advice, but I will this time. However, with the proviso that this is actually spiritual advice. Yes really.
Continue to live the best you can and do not be worried about spending extra income on things that make you happy/secure. Especially if you still have some income to comfort you during a downturn. Continue to reward individuals and systems that enhance and help bring comfort and contentment to your life. The local cafe owner with a sympathtic ear. The creative person who brings joy and extra meaning into your life, and so on. SEEK ADVENTURE.
Do not fall into poverty consciousness as this is a self-hex.
So continue to live like you are not on the bread line (if you can) as the flow of money creates a positive dynamic around your financial well-being. Even a small flow of money does this. Avoid making penny-pinching and fear-based lists of items. As well as counting every penny and cent. This is an inhibitor to new wealth coming in—a psychic dam of sorts.
You’ll also find it feels remarkably good—to be the only person in a group of people— who has not been turned into misery guts by the man on the TV and his bad news. Misery loves company. Be a contented loner instead, and you’ll find that opportunity and luck will come your way. The analog dynamic of the universe works in this way. You’ll soon find a growing economic microcosm around yourself, and like minded folks, taking root instead.
Switch off the evening news and ignore the woe and misery presented by MSM ‘experts’ and politicians. Your despondency is their currency. So starve them and not yourself. You are going to have to deal with any social changes regardless of what they predict or not. Not being sucked into their Downturn Sorcery allows you to find solutions that work for you and the people you really need in your life.
Dour economic predictions are all Black Magic in the truest sense. Live the best life you can within the forthcoming circumstances and do not fear money, the cost of living, or dire predictions. Your life as a soul exists beyond this. Imagination, creativity, and dharma cost nothing. The pencil they want you to fearfully budget with, instead use to draw a picture, write a song/poem, write a novel or even to doodle up your subconscious potentials.
One of the greatest lessons learned—of my life—is to ignore fatalism and doom-mongers unless you are tangibly near actual peril (which is rare for most of us) and do not allow your own life to be determined by the Black Magic statistics and dire tidings of others.
Economic Doom is like the Covid Vax. Don't take it and you'll be fine.
Just Wait...
Very true Thomas. Being contented is feeling rich all the time, regardless of what life throws at you.
