"Experts' and their Ideological Consensus

Reading some of these new histories about WW2 can be a very insightful exercise in properly understanding today’s world. The Germans - due to staggering incompetence within the French military leadership - managed to win in Western Europe literally overnight when they should have been defeated. They got lucky as the gamble of Blitzkrieg paid off.

This inflated their own egos and thus, the entire German society expected the invasion of the Soviet Union to be a walkover. They were shocked to discover Russian technology was far more advanced and Russian troops highly motivated. The Germans were stunned by the reliability of the Russian equipment and some senior officers knew the Wehrmacht’s Operation Barbarossa was doomed after three months of intense fighting within the Baltic states. A staggering 70% of German officers were killed before 1943. The Germans had entered Russia with a million horses while the Red Army had thousands of highly advanced T-34 tanks which no German shells could penetrate.

Why this is so interesting now, is that today we have a situation whereby we are being told it is only a matter of time before Ukraine wins a decisive victory and that the Russian military collapses. I even watched bullshit reports which claimed the Russians had no tanks left and were having to use old ones from museums.

Instead, the Russians destroyed the Ukrainian military. Have all manner of technology that is better and more advanced than NATO had at their disposal. Along with a motivated army with well trained troops. What shocked the ‘expert’ classes in the West most of all was the robust nature of the Russian economy. Which is still based on fossil fuels and manufacturing. Something the West once did before Al Gore and his polar ice caps “to be all melted by 2012” came along. Russia was unaffected by the economic sanctions placed upon them by the Biden administration and EU. Turns out, they did not really need tampons for men and blue hair dyed that badly.

And yet mainstream Western news sources are still citing 'experts' still claiming that Russia will be defeated.

When the history of the West is written, the chapters concerning its collapse will put the blame - quite rightly – primarily upon the 'expert' classes. Academic and bureaucratic morons with no actual real world experience using data as their sacred text. Coupled with mediocre Western politicians too stupid to challenge them, or reject their often highly destructive and delusional advice.

While Russian leaders consider all options and advice concerning future policy, and then make hard choices accordingly, Western governments are basing their entire social and economic models on George Floyd and Greta Thunberg. Then idiot journalists reprinting their press releases verbatim with no critical analysis what so ever.

Superficial emotionally-hyped issues and financially-lavished NGOs/Civil Servants, funded by the taxpayers, so as to tell politicians how wonderful they are, is a limited hang out. All the while, the Western political establishments are expecting the population to go along with this as society falls asunder all around them. All sounds very similar to a German officer on horseback facing a T-34 tank just outside Kiev in 1943. Eventually the horses will run out.

Is it any wonder more and more Europeans look towards Russia with respect and envy regardless of how many tantrums the Western mainstream media continue to throw.
